In the English language there are twenty-six letters, which are divided into powels and consonants.

A vowel is a simple sound of itself.
The dowels are a, e, i, o, u, and sometimes w and y.

A consonant has no sound, except when united to a vowel.

The consonants are b, c, d, f, g, h, j, k, l, m, n, P, 9, Tg 8t, 0, 4, 2, and sometimes w, and y.
