Publishers' Пotice.

IN N order to have this Souvenir edition ready for the National Encampment of the Sons of Veterans it has been necessary to omit from the Supplement a large number of patriotic. ballads especially collected for this issue from Northern and Southern writers. These will appear, however, with valuable annotations in a later edition. Any of the music found in the volume will be furnished at the usual rates by application to Nash & Nash, Tipton, Ind.

Since the history of a number of the songs is necessarily incomplete for the want of sufficient data, any additional information will be gratefully acknowledged by the editor, to be addressed through the publishers.
